Le ministre de la santé et des solidarités, la ministre de l'écologie et du développement durable et le ministre délégué à l'emploi, au travail et à l'insertion professionnelle des jeunes,
Vu le code de la santé publique ;
Vu l'arrêté du 13 juillet 2006 relatif aux comités d'experts spécialisés placés auprès de l'Agence française de sécurité sanitaire de l'environnement et du travail,
Arrêtent :
Il est ajouté à l'arrêté du 13 juillet 2006 relatif aux comités d'experts spécialisés placés auprès de l'Agence française de sécurité sanitaire de l'environnement et du travail un article 5-1 ainsi rédigé :
« Art. 5-1. - Les membres, dont les noms figurent à l'annexe du présent arrêté, des comités d'experts spécialisés nommés par arrêtés interministériels antérieurement à la date de publication du présent arrêté, en application des arrêtés mentionnés à l'article 5 du présent arrêté, sont maintenus en fonction jusqu'à ce qu'il ait été procédé à la désignation des nouveaux membres en application de la procédure régie par l'article R. 1336-20 du code de la santé publique, et au plus tard jusqu'au 1er juillet 2007. »
Le directeur général de la santé, le directeur de la prévention des pollutions et des risques et le directeur général du travail sont chargés, chacun en ce qui le concerne, de l'exécution du présent arrêté, qui sera publié au Journal officiel de la République française.
