Le ministre délégué auprès de la ministre de la transition écologique, chargé des transports, et le ministre délégué auprès du ministre de l'économie, des finances et de la relance, chargé des comptes publics,
Vu le règlement d'exécution (UE) n° 2019/317 de la commission du 11 février 2019 établissant un système de performance et de tarification dans le ciel unique européen et abrogeant les règlements d'exécution (UE) n° 390/2013 et (UE) n° 391/2013 ;
Vu le règlement d'exécution (UE) n° 2020/1627 de la commission du 3 novembre 2020 relatif aux mesures exceptionnelles prises pour la troisième période de référence (2020-2024) du système de performance et de tarification dans le ciel unique européen en raison de la pandémie de covid-19 ;
Vu le code de l'aviation civile, notamment ses articles R. 134-1 et suivants ;
Vu l'arrêté du 21 décembre 2015 modifié relatif aux dispositions générales des redevances de navigation aérienne ;
Vu les décisions n° 20/166 et 20/167 du 26 novembre 2020 prises par la commission permanente d'Eurocontrol, élargie aux représentants des Etats contractants qui ne sont pas membres d'Eurocontrol,
Arrêtent :
Le taux unitaire de la redevance de route est de 59,16 €.
Le taux d'intérêt de retard applicable à la redevance de route est de 9,67 % par an.
Le taux unitaire de la redevance pour services terminaux de la circulation aérienne métropole (RSTCA-M) pour les aérodromes de la zone tarifaire terminale n° 1 est de 173,78 €.
Le taux unitaire de la redevance pour services terminaux de la circulation aérienne métropole (RSTCA-M) pour les aérodromes de la zone tarifaire terminale n° 2 est de 211,13 €.
La liste des aérodromes assujettis à la RSTCA-M par zone tarifaire terminale est publiée en annexe 1.
Le taux unitaire de la redevance océanique est de 35,78 €.
Le taux unitaire de la redevance pour services terminaux de la circulation aérienne outre-mer (RSTCA-OM) est de 12,00 €.
La liste des aérodromes assujettis à la RSTCA-OM par zone tarifaire terminale est publiée en annexe 2.
Le présent arrêté prendra effet à compter du 1er janvier 2021 et sera publié au Journal officiel de la République française.
