Vu le décret no 73-314 du 14 mars 1973 modifié portant création d'un système national d'identification et d'un répertoire, notamment son article 6;
Vu le décret no 81-257 du 18 mars 1981 modifié créant des centres de formalités des entreprises;
Vu l'arrêté du 2 mai 1983 fixant la liste des administrations ou organismes habilités à demander l'inscription au répertoire national des entreprises et de leurs établissements,
Arrête:
APPLICATION DE L'ART. 6 DU DECRET 73314 DU 14-03-1973.
REMPLACEMENT DES ART. 1 ET 3 DE L'ARRETE PRECITE.
ART. 1: SONT HABILITES A DEMANDER L'INSCRIPTION AU REPERTOIRE NATIONAL DES PERSONNES PHYSIQUES EXERCANT DE MANIERE INDEPENDANTE UNE PROFESSION NON SALARIEE,DES PERSONNES MORALES DE DROIT PUBLIC OU DE DROIT PRIVE,DES INSTITUTIONS ET SERVICES DE L'ETAT ET DES COLLECTIVITES TERRITORIALES ET DE LEURS ETABLISSEMENTS:
LES GREFFIERS DES TRIBUNAUX DE COMMERCE,DES TRIBUNAUX DE GRANDE INSTANCE STATUANT EN MATIERE COMMERCIALE,DES TRIBUNAUX D'INSTANCE DU RESSORT DES COURS D'APPEL DE COLMAR ET METZ SPECIALEMENT CHARGES DE LA TENUE DU REGISTRE DU COMMERCE EN CE QUI CONCERNE TOUTE PERSONNE SOUMISE A IMMATRICULATION AU REGISTRE DU COMMERCE ET DES SOCIETES,

ART. 3: "DANS LE CADRE DES OPERATIONS DE MISE A JOUR DU REPERTOIRE,L'INSEE PEUT PROCEDER A DES ENQUETES ADMINISTRATIVES SOUS RESERVE DES DISPOSITIONS PREVUES AUX ART. 10 A 12 DU DECRET DU 14-03-1973 SUSVISE. Art. 1er. - L'article 1er de l'arrêté du 2 mai 1983 susvisé est remplacé par les dispositions suivantes:
