Vu le décret n° 81-605 du 18 mai 1981 modifié pris pour l'application de la loi du 1er août 1905 sur la répression des fraudes, en ce qui concerne le commerce des semences et plants ;
Vu l'arrêté du 24 décembre 2020 modifiant le Catalogue officiel des espèces et des variétés de plantes cultivées en France (semences de colza et autres crucifères) ;
Sur proposition du comité technique permanent de la sélection des plantes cultivées section « Colza et autres crucifères »,
Arrête :
Est inscrite au Catalogue officiel des espèces et variétés de plantes cultivées en France dont les semences peuvent être commercialisées en France (liste A), pour une durée de dix ans, la variété désignée ci- après :
