Par arrêté du ministre du travail, de l’emploi et de la formation professionnelle en date du 4 janvier 1993, la liste des médiateurs appelés à être désignés sur le plan national est composée comme suit :

Mme Berho (Françoise), inspecteur général de l’éducation nationale ;
M. Blanchard (Francis), ancien directeur général du Bureau international du travail ;
M. Bougon (Pierre), conseiller maître honoraire à la Cour des comptes ;
M. Brunhes (Bernard), consultant ;
M. Clary (Guy), inspecteur de l’inspection générale des affaires sociales ;
M. Clauzel (Jean), préfet ;
M, Courdouan (Jean), directeur du travail hors classe ;
M. Darmon (Georges), inspecteur général au ministère des postes et télécommunications ;
M, Derenne (Roger), président de chambre honoraire à la Cour de cassation ;
M. Despax (Michel), professeur à l’université Toulouse-I ;
