Vu le code de l'environnement et notamment ses articles R. 435-8 et R. 435-9 ;
Vu l'arrêté du 11 décembre 2015 portant approbation du modèle de cahier des charges fixant les clauses et conditions générales pour l'exploitation du droit de pêche de l'Etat dans les eaux mentionnées à l'article L. 435-1 du code de l'environnement pour la période du 1er janvier 2017 au 31 décembre 2021 ;
Vu l'avis de la Fédération nationale de la pêche et de la protection du milieu aquatique du 26 novembre 2020 ;
Vu l'avis du Comité national de la pêche professionnelle en eau douce du 20 novembre 2020,
