En application des articles L. 161-2 et L. 161-3 du code de l'énergie et L. 2261-15 du code du travail, le ministre chargé de l'énergie et le ministre chargé du travail envisagent de prendre un arrêté tendant à rendre obligatoires, pour tous les employeurs et tous les salariés entrant dans son champ d'application, les dispositions de l'accord ci-après indiqué.
Le texte de cet accord pourra être consulté en direction régionale des entreprises, de la concurrence, de la consommation, du travail et de l'emploi.
Dans un délai de quinze jours, les organisations et toutes personnes intéressées sont priées de faire connaître leurs observations et avis au sujet de la généralisation envisagée.
