Vu la loi no 86-1067 du 30 septembre 1986 modifiée relative à la liberté de communication, notamment ses articles 28, 29 et 29-1;
Vu le décret no 87-239 du 6 avril 1987 pris pour l'application de l'article 27(1o) de la loi du 30 septembre 1986 relative à la liberté de communication et fixant, pour les services privés de radiodiffusion sonore diffusés par voie hertzienne terrestre ou par satellite, le régime applicable à la publicité et au parrainage;
Vu le décret no 89-632 du 7 septembre 1989 relatif aux comités techniques prévus par l'article 29-1 de la loi no 86-1067 du 30 septembre 1986 modifiée, relative à la liberté de communication;
Vu la décision no 87-23 du 6 mars 1987 définissant les conditions techniques d'usage des fréquences pour la diffusion de signaux de radiodiffusion sonore en modulation de fréquence;
Vu la décision no 89-219 du 20 octobre 1989 fixant, à titre provisoire, le règlement intérieur des comités techniques radiophoniques et précisant les modalités d'instruction des candidatures en vue de l'attribution des autorisations mentionnées à l'article 29 de la loi du 30 septembre 1986;
Vu la décision no 91-141 du 1er février 1991 relative à un appel aux candidatures pour l'exploitation de services de radiodiffusion sonore par voie hertzienne terrestre en modulation de fréquence;
Vu la décision no 91-334 du 5 avril 1991 relative à la liste des candidats admis à concourir dans le cadre de l'appel aux candidatures concernant le tronçon d'autoroute entre Mâcon et Bellegarde-sur-Valserine;
Vu la liste des fréquences publiée au Journal officiel de la République française;
