Par décret du Président de la République en date du 15 avril 2016, pris sur le rapport du Premier ministre et du ministre de la défense et visé pour son exécution par le Grand chancelier de la Légion d'honneur, vu la déclaration du conseil de l'ordre en date du 18 février 2016 portant que les présentes promotions et nominations sont faites en conformité des lois, décrets et règlements en vigueur, les mutilés de guerre, déportés résistants et prisonniers du Viêt-Minh dont les noms suivent, titulaires d'une pension militaire d'invalidité à titre définitif, sont promus et nommés pour prendre rang à compter de la date de leur réception :
